Fly Discount does not undo your reservations; it will immediately send you the tickets that were reserved. Fly Discount does not undo because it automatically buys tickets after booking confirmation and verification of payment made by bank transfer. If you’re unable to travel, you will have to ask for a refund, or you can use your Cancelation Insurance only if you previously asked for. It is recommended that you subscribe to a Cancelation Insurance. You can also be refunded in case of unexpected situations, such as health problems.
